Heritage listed existing solid brick Californian bungalow. Existing part of home has been fully renovated with all windows and doors being removed and restored back to the original timber finish. Rooms have been altered to incorporate the master bedroom / en suite, study, living area and garage. The addition to the rear is a pavilion type, whereby not affecting the original structure. A contemporary solution, reflecting the clients brief of enjoying open plan living while maintaining the natural tones of the original home. There has been an extensive use of natural stone, which compliments the polished concrete floor and natural timber joinery, doors and paneling.
